Currently in progess, the restoration:

• Of an ancient memorial situated in Normandy not far from landing beaches offering a privileged place to a hotel complex including guest houses and luxury holiday cottage.
• Of a Palazzo in Valetta, the archipelago of Malta capital, transformed into “Guest House”.

In these majestic patrimonial contexts, the contemporary art gets an excellent square and playing the role of vector between spaces determining the atmosphere and the signature of the place.

The programming attempts to promote local artists and\or international visual artists working local themes. Every work will be subjected to the sale. The agency elaborates a turnkey project, of the business plan in the operational par. For that purpose, Espace Carte Blanche is looking for fascinated investors by history, by culture and by art.
